DriveProject Operations Dept.           

1.     AssistsProject Manager to overseas the projects in charge

2.     Ensurethe project engineering issues are on schedule/within budget

3.     Workclosely with Engineering Service dept. to ensure  accurate & updated construction drawing

4.     Work  with Supply Chain & Procurement onmachinery and materials orders

5.     Monitorall the material wastage

6.     Deploymentof resources (manpower, material, machineries) required to achieve projectschedules

7.     Ensurethe sub-contractors to achieve project requirement & schedule

PrepareRisk Management Plan         

1.     Buildcontingencies in to the plan to provide a reserve in the schedule forunforeseen future problems

AdministerWorkplace Safety and health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

1.     Ensureworkers/sub-contractor comply with the company safety regulation

Organiseand Proper Handover the Completion Project        

1.     Ensureproper accurate handover of construction documents to the Clients

2.     Ensurethe Sub-contractor submit the proper handover documents to the company

3.     Ensurethe project deliver by us and sub-contractor to client(s) on schedule with"0" defect

Managea Team with Good Technical Knowledge      

1.     Buildand train a competent Supervisor, Leadmen and worker team
