Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site operations: Direct construction workers and subcontractors, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure work is completed efficiently and within schedule.
- Health and safety compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safety regulations, train staff on procedures, and respond to accidents or hazards.
- Quality control: Ensure construction work meets project specifications, building codes, and quality standards job description.
- Resource management: Manage materials, equipment, and inventory to maintain workflow without delays or overstock.
- Administrative duties: Maintain work records, progress reports, and documentation; liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
