Responsibilities
- Supervising Construction Activities: Direct and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to project plans and blueprints.
- Safety Management: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and address hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Project Scheduling and Coordination: Develop daily work schedules, monitor progress, and resolve delays or unforeseen issues to keep projects on track.
- Resource Management: Organize materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and proper handling.
- Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary on-site liaison between workers, project managers, architects, and clients; provide updates and reports on project status.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with contracts, budgets, permits, and documentation, including daily logs and project plans.
