Responsibilities

HR Executive - Payroll Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

• Handle payroll queries and provide clear, concise information to employees.

• Manage and reconcile payroll records, including leave, overtime, and allowances.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings, including CPF, IR8A, and other government requirements.

• Support audit processes by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.

System Maintenance:

• Maintain and update HRIS with payroll-related data.

• Continuously improve payroll processes by implementing best practices and system enhancements.

Employee Support:

· Address payroll-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate information.

· Assist in the resolution of payroll discrepancies and issues.

Ad-Hoc HR Support:

Assist in various HR tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the team's success.

Who We're Looking For:

• Payroll Expertise: Proven experience in payroll management, with strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.

• Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and completeness in all payroll processes.

• Communication Pro: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with colleagues and external partners.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

• Collaborator: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, contributing to the collective success of the HR team.

• Proactive: Anticipate needs and take initiative, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
