Responsibilities

The job incumbent's scope of work is summarized as below:

• To lead task forces to support the development, qualification, improvements and sustaining new technologies.
• Should be able to design, execute and analyze experiments that will allow us to debug various process issues.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes is a must.
• To transfer process technologies from customers.
• Provide technical support on customers' requests
• Support the development of new processes and products based on customers' needs
• Coordinate available resources from the process engineering, product engineering, FA and manufacturing group in trouble-shooting, resolving issues, process Improvement and yield enhancement
• Enhance the yield and reliability of the acquired technology and process
