Job Scope:

To tally, track all complaints, and follow up request
Assist with all product returns and follow up request
Assist to Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) checks
Assist with publishing of SOP and documents and ensure all documents are readily available on the public domain
Assist to tally and track all QA department training records/ supplier list are up to date
Support preparation for external audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits
Assist with temperature monitoring reviews and trending.

Requirements:
- Min N/O levels and above

- Able to work in a fast paced environment
