Job Title:
ETL & Core Application Development Engineer (FINACLE)

Location:
Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL programs and ETL workflows.
• Perform Finacle CBS customization and enhancement activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop application enhancements and support production environments.
• Participate in onsite and offshore delivery planning.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation and effort estimates.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout software development lifecycle.
• Manage implementation, deployment and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors and project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8–14years of software development experience.
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL programming.
• ETL Development experience.
• Experience with Finacle Core Banking System.
• Unix/Linux environment.
• SQL performance tuning.
• Banking domain knowledge.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Requirement gathering and solution design.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Hadoop ecosystem knowledge.
• Data migration experience.
• Banking regulatory reporting.
• Agile methodology.
• DevOps exposure.
