Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage payroll administration and support the other HR function. The incumbent will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain employee records, support recruitment activities, and ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
Manage payroll data including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, allowances, overtime, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF, IRAS, SHG contributions, and government regulations.
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliation for management review.
Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
Liaise with payroll vendors and relevant government agencies when required.
Coordinate employee benefits, medical claims, insurance policies, travel arrangements, accommodation, and welfare for local and foreign employees.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR database (People Doc, WD & etc) with accuracy and confidentiality.
Process Work Passes and renewal.
Renewal of mandatory training for e.g. MSOC, forklift etc
Manage/update training in the system
Manage leave administration and attendance records.
Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and company policies.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling,
Support onboarding activities for new employees.
Other Administrative & Employee Engagement
Administration Work (Monthly fire drill attendance, Stationery for HR department, Fruit days, employee Card Access & etc)
Arrange medical check-up for new joiners, either new WP application or renewal
Employee Engagement, company events
Review, streamline on the HR process inclusive of standardisation of Compensation & benefits (Transport allowances, attendance allowance & etc)
Provide general administrative support, any other assignment being arranged by the Senior HR Executive/Finance and Admin Head, & Plant management.
Knowledge/Skills
In-depth knowledge in Singapore labour law and Employment Act
Good management skills
Proficient in MS office applications

Job Requirements
Well verse with local labour law and, Workday & Info-Tech Payroll system
Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be added advantage
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience OR Diploma in Human Resource
