· Assist to Senior Project Manager or Project Manager during planning and supervising work on site.

· Ensure the works goes on track.

· Provide information of construction planning and coordinate works to sub-contractors, client and consultant.

· Supervise and guide the workers to achieve requirement.

· Critical thinking and problem solving for incoming issue.

· Analyse the upcoming risk from the workplace or work processes and minimize impact within the construction activities.

· Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordinator of work for the on-going project

· Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.

· Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality

· Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance

· Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project

· Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise

· Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned
