Job Description:

• Handle reception duties, including phone calls, emails, mail, and general enquiries.
• Provide professional customer service to visitors, parents, and staff.
• Record deliveries, messages, and providead ministrative coordination support.
• Perform data entry, filing, document scanning, typing, and lamination.
• Attend to unwell or injured students and provide basic assistance.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
• Carry out other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by the school

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of reception and administrative experience in a school environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
