Job Description

• Provide ICT and AV support for daily school operations and morning assemblies.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot projectors, PA systems, displays, laptops, and other AV equipment.
• Support e-Examinations and digital assessments by preparing and configuring devices.
• Manage shared student devices, including charging, deployment, and basic maintenance.
• Prepare multimedia content, including photos, videos, presentations, and event highlights.
• Provide ICT and AV support for school events, examinations, and special programmes.
• Capture photographs and videos during school activities and events.
• Maintain ICT inventory, perform stocktaking, and report equipment faults.
• Support the school's ICT initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Perform other ICT-related duties assigned by the school leadership and ICT team.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia production and AV equipment setup.
• Candidates with higher qualifications and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills with a positiveattitude.
• Passion for ICT and interest in supporting digital transformation
