Operational Support

• Provide administrative support to the client services team.
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Manage and maintain operational databases and records.
• Assist in the preparation of client reports and communications.
• Support the planning and execution of operational projects.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.

Other skills

• Sharp analytical and communication skills, ability to learn quickly, firm grasp of the business progress.
• Delve into details with a view to proactively solve issues, develop new ideas and add value to existing functions.
• Develop all-rounded knowledge and skills in wealth management, operations and marketing.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline. FRM, STEP and other related credential is a plus
• Superior time management, organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to complete projects independently as well as through team collaboration.
• Mature, responsible, independent and self-initiated.
• Fluent English and Mandarin is a must, Cantonese is a plus
• Candidates with IANG visa is welcomed
• Location: Hong Kong
