Your New Role

You'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic public sector accounts while building trusted relationships across key stakeholders. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll develop long-term account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful client outcomes.

As Senior Manager, Client Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Singapore public sector accounts
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with client priorities and business objectives
• Build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and executive decision-makers
• Identify opportunities for account expansion through cross-selling, upselling, and service adoption
• Lead major pursuits, renewals, and strategic customer engagements
• Partner closely with sales, solutioning, delivery, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes

What You'll Need To Succeed

• 10-15 years of experience in technology sales, account management, consulting, or business development
• Proven track record of growing large enterprise or public sector accounts
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and executive decision-makers
• Experience managing or selling across multiple technology domains, including cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, analytics, or managed services
• Strong account planning capabilities with the ability to identify growth opportunities and position effectively against competitors
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
