Job Responsibilities:

·         Manage 360 end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

·         Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring pipeline updates

·         Provide advisories to the management with regard to employment issues which includes labour legislations, local labour practices and company manpower practices and ensure legal compliances with all statutory requirements

·        Manage and maintain employee records into BIPO by ensuring all data inputs and fillings are up to date

·         Manage HR issues such as employee relations, grievances, complaints and provide counselling / guidance 

·         Prepare Employment contracts and HR letters

·         Leaves and Attendance Management

·         Main point of contact for all employee relations matters

·         Support payroll processing and payroll administration

·         Submit claims to various government agencies

·         Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:

·         Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Human Resource Management or related field from a recognized university

·         Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality or FMCG industry

·         High degree of integrity and discipline

·          Very meticulous and strong numerical background

·         Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices

·         Ability to work independently yet a good team player

·         Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Well organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

·         Must have strong knowledge of payroll software such as ProSoft, BIPO or its similar
