Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, preferably Diploma/Degree in any relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, auto financing, banking or related industry (experience in hire purchase is an advantage)
• Understanding of automotive financing structure, credit processes and regulatory environment is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills
• Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, innovative, agile and results-focused
• Based in Penang, Perak, and Kuantan are welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the hire purchase portfolio and achieve assigned disbursement targets
• Build and maintain relationships with car dealers, agents, and business partners
• Identify market gaps, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the automotive financing sector
• Work closely with internal teams to improve product positioning and channel performance
• Keep track of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements
• Conduct market research and gather useful industry insights
• Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, sales pipeline, market updates, and regulatory changes
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management
