Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma, Certificate or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, M&E, or C&S.
• 2 to 4 years of project coordination or project management experience on small to large corporate interior fit-out projects.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and fit-out schedules accurately.
• Proven experience working with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and local authorities, including chairing site meetings and managing approvals.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear written and spoken communication in English and Mandarin, with the ability to prepare reports and correspondence.
• Organised and hands-on, able to manage competing priorities on site while keeping team members informed.

As Site Supervisor you will be the on-site builder who owns delivery from pre-construction schedules to final handover, coordinating contractors, designers, and suppliers to make designs reality. You will manage technical issues, keep progress documented, and ensure work meets the approved drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Join us at NCD GROUP SDN. BHD. You will be the on-site lead who keeps fit-out projects organised, on schedule, and built to spec.

Site Coordination & Delivery

• You will supervise and coordinate daily site activities to keep contractor work on schedule and meeting the approved drawings and specifications.
• You will prepare fit-out schedules and critical paths before construction and update them to reflect progress and delays.

Technical Resolution & Stakeholder Liaison

• You will resolve technical and site issues by liaising with clients, designers, and sub-contractors to reach practical, signed-off solutions.
• You will lead and chair site meetings with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to align scope and approvals.

Quality, Documentation & Reporting

• You will monitor workmanship and quality, ensuring all work complies with specifications and project standards.
• You will maintain forms, correspondence, and weekly progress records in an orderly manner and produce concise reports for project teams.
