Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house). Entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or basic video editing software (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy across diverse digital and physical formats.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual assets, including social media graphics, digital ads, banners, website assets, email templates, and print collaterals (brochures, flyers, packaging).
- Maintain and enforce corporate brand guidelines, ensuring design consistency, correct typography, and color accuracy across all marketing channels and media platforms.
- Partner with the marketing, content, and product teams to interpret design briefs, brainstorm creative concepts, and deliver impactful design solutions on schedule.
- Prepare final, production-ready files for both digital publishing and print vendors, ensuring proper sizing, formatting, resolution, and color profiles (CMYK/RGB).
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and user interface trends to continuously elevate visual output.
