Responsibilities
SID Academy is seeking a proactive Senior Executive/Programme Lead to drive the growth of our Board Programmes and strengthen our impact in corporate governance education. You will build and manage client relationships, support programme delivery, and represent SID Academy at industry events. This role combines business development, account management, and market intelligence, offering the chance to engage senior corporate leaders and shape board education in Singapore.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Account Management & Client Support
Support the Senior Manager throughout the entire contracting cycle, from initial meeting preparation, proposal submission to contract closing.
Develop and customise compelling proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials that clearly articulate the value of SID Academy's offerings.
Collaborate closely with associate faculty and programme delivery teams to ensure customised training solutions align perfectly with client needs.
Market Intelligence & Networking
Act as a brand ambassador for SID, representing the Academy with professionalism at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of corporate boards.

The Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) is the national association of company directors for the local business community. SID promotes the professional development of directors and corporate leaders. It works closely with the authorities and regulators, its network of members and professionals, such as accountants and lawyers, to identify ways to uphold and enhance the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct.
Formed in 1998, the Institute now has over 3,000 members, comprising mainly directors of listed companies, industry leaders, accountants, lawyers and other professionals involved in the field of corporate governance. It has a 19-member Governing Council. Through its training programmes, it aims to increase the pool of persons who are suitable to serve as non-executive independent directors in listed companies.
