Job description:

• To perform troubleshooting, repairing and improve plant facilities.
• To carry out daily checking, recording and monitoring on plant utilities and facilities equipment.
• To perform minor plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry work.
• To coordinate and monitor facilities construction project.
• To coordinate with vendor on fire-fighting system maintenance (fire alarm and fire extinguisher).
• Inspection of fire alarm and fire extinguisher.
• To liaise up with government department (JKKP,DOE and BOMBA).
• Perform ad hoe duties assigned by superior.
• Coordinate with vendors & service providers for office maintenance, including cleaning, utilities, repairs & security guard
• Coordinate maintenance services for hostel
• Maintenance & service of company car
• Maintain and manage office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional workplace.

Requirement

• Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• 1 year and above related working experience.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, electrical, or plumbing work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
