Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality testing procedures to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance processes and audit reports
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality
• Investigate and address quality-related issues and customer complaints, providing effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• No criminal record
