• Handle end-to-end air export shipments from booking to cargo uplift.
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and warehouses.
• Prepare and process air export documentation (AWB, invoice, packing list, SI).
• Liaise with internal operations and declaration teams to ensure timely shipment.
• Update customers on shipment status and handle enquiries professionally.
• Ensure accurate billing instructions, cost checking, and proper filing in line with SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
