Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Sales Support Executive to provide operational, administrative, and coordination support to the Sales and Business Development teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing merchant onboarding activities, supporting payment gateway operations, maintaining merchant relationships, coordinating with external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of daily business operations.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with merchants, financial institutions, suppliers, and internal teams within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for merchants, dealers, and service providers, ensuring all required documentation and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
- Communicate with merchants through phone, email, and other channels to provide operational support, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Liaise with banks, payment partners, financial institutions, and relevant regulatory bodies on payment gateway operations, merchant onboarding, and compliance matters.
- Support merchant account management activities, including reviewing business profiles, products, and services to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments, rate revisions, and business improvements.
- Provide sales administration and operational support to the Sales and Business Development teams, including preparing reports, tracking activities, and maintaining documentation.
- Maintain accurate merchant records, databases, reports, and operational files to support business requirements.
- Assist in investigating and resolving merchant-related operational issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers, vendors, and external partners on operational matters.
- Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and competitor comparisons to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Prepare statistical reports, data analysis, and insights to support sales performance
- tracking and business planning.
- Undertake other duties, assignments, and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in fintech, payment gateway, banking, IT services, corporate services, sales support, or related industries.
- Experience in merchant acquiring, payment processing, digital payments, or fintech operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants, banks, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform market research, pricing comparisons, and prepare reports.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving ability and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Open to Malaysian citizens only.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
