What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for ensuring materials and suppliers are always ready to support production by:

• Planning and monitoring inventory replenishment
• Preparing purchase orders and supplier quotations
• Building good relationships with suppliers
• Negotiating pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms
• Tracking purchase orders from enquiry through delivery
• Coordinating closely with Production, Sales and Warehouse teams
• Maintaining accurate purchasing records in ERP systems
• Supporting inventory planning to minimise shortages while avoiding excess stock

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1–2 years' experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Production Planning or Warehouse Operations
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
