Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Finance Department and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial reporting, accounting records, budgets, forecasts, and payroll.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to improve business results.
• Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard company assets.
• Support the General Manager with financial planning, budgeting, and business decisions.
• Work closely with department heads to improve cost control and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
• Willing to be based in Langkawi Island or Tioman Island.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
