Job requirement:

1. Search for and contact suppliers of structural components and parts for specific projects, arrange documentation, technical support, request quotes, order samples, and manage small batch production.

2. Develop project procurement plans based on project requirements and track procurement progress.

3. Analyze market trends and cost trends, establish a strategic supplier database, and promote the implementation of long-term cooperation mechanisms

4. Lead cross-departmental collaboration (production/warehousing/finance), optimize supply chain efficiency, and reduce procurement costs.

5. Monitor procurement risks (such as quality anomalies and delivery delays), regularly produce compliance reports

6. Cost analysis, negotiation, and risk prediction skills; proficient in operating ERP and other systems

7. Follow up on procurement contract payments

Qualification:

1. Associate degree or higher, with over 10 years of procurement experience in the electronics manufacturing industry

2. Familiar with structural components and electronic parts, with electronic engineering experience preferred

3. Familiar with procurement processes and methods, with certain project management experience.

4. Familiar with common office software, such as Word, Excel, and other office applications.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
