• Job Summary
• Suzhou Terminal Operations Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executiveto oversee the company'sfull set of accounts, statutory financial reporting, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with Malaysian accounting and taxation regulations.
• This role offers excellent exposure to a growing international logistics and terminal operations business and provides long-term career development opportunities.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experiencehandlingfull set accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian taxation, including SST, corporate tax, withholding tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in audit coordination and year-end financial closing.
• Proficient in accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or equivalent ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• Experience in the logistics, shipping, port, or terminal operations industry will be an added advantage.
