We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen team in Nasi Lemak Shop (Opening soon)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the kitchen team.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards are maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate ingredient ordering.
• Train and guide kitchen staff to improve performance.
• Work closely with the management team on daily operations and menu improvements.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to Kuala Lumpur for training.
