WE ARE HIRING – Purchasing Admin

Location: Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh

Salary: RM1,700 – RM3,000 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Source and purchase automotive parts, tyres, lubricants, and other supplies.
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure goods arrive on time.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, and assist the superior with loading or moving goods when required.
• Count and verify stock to ensure the correct quantity and quality.
• Issue internal company billing for stock transfers and inter-branch transactions.
• Reply to WhatsApp enquiries regarding orders and coordinate order information with branches, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Maintain and update purchasing records and stock documentation.
• Verify supplier invoices when required.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in purchasing, warehouse, or administrative work is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle physical work, including loading and unloading goods when required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
