We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people and keeping things organized.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for ensuring materials and suppliers are always ready to support production by:

• Plan and monitor inventory replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Prepare and process PO while obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to support long-term collaboration.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to achieve cost-effective procurement.
• Track purchase orders from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Coordinate closely with the Production, Sales, and Warehouse teams to align purchasing activities with operational requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in Procurement, Purchasing
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
