Job Description

Responsibilities

The Senior Associate, Human Resources & Administration is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the accurate execution of payroll administration, HR documentation, employee correspondence, and recruitment support. The role also supports salary negotiations, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance while maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage HR correspondence, including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation, and other employee letters.
  • Coordinate and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Support salary negotiations and employment offers in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding documentation and related administrative processes.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave administration, and other HR operational matters.
  • Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or HR Administration.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience in preparing employment letters and supporting salary negotiations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
