Job Scope
Human Resource Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment process: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Assist to maintain and update employee records in the HR system (e.g., personal details, leave, attendance, and movement).
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs, overtime calculations, and leave summaries.
- Assist in employee queries related to HR matters, policies, and benefits.
- Assist the performance review process and maintain the record.
- Assist in coordinating training activities, track attendance, and maintain training records.
- Assist in preparing letters including confirmation, promotion, transfer, warning, and termination.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance coordination.
- Assist in managing office cleanliness, repairs, and vendor liaison (e.g., cleaner, courier, printer service).
- Assist in monitoring and managing company assets, stationery, pantry stock, and office inventory.
- Assist in administrative support for meetings, travel bookings, company events, and staff claims.
- Assist in company license renewals, insurance updates, and utility management.
- Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for HR and administrative documents.
- Support preparation of monthly reports and documentation for management.
ISO Documentation Support (if applicable)
- Assist with maintaining HR-related ISO documentation and support audits.
- Ensure administrative processes comply with company’s ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Ad Hoc Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support HR and administration operations.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
