Position:

Part Time Crew

Location: Bintang Megamall

Job Purpose:

To deliver excellent customer service, prepare quality beverages and food items according to Boost standards, and maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Ensure every customer receives fast and excellent service.

Product Preparation

• Prepare smoothies, juices, and food items according to Boost recipes and standards.
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation are maintained at all times.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

Cashiering and Sales

• Operate POS system and process customer transactions accurately.
• Promote current campaigns, upselling, and membership programs to achieve sales targets.
• Handle cash and maintain transaction accuracy.

Outlet Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, equipment, and dining area.
• Replenish ingredients and supplies as required.
• Perform opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
• Follow company SOPs, health, and safety regulations.

Teamwork

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support other tasks assigned by the Outlet Manager or Person-in-Charge (PIC).
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Working Hours:

• Flexible shift schedule.
• Minimum commitment according to company requirements.
• Weekend and public holiday availability is an advantage.
