About the Role

The Account/ Finance Assistant will handle accounts payable, and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable, including invoice verification and payment approvals
• Maintain accurate AP records
• Liaise with vendors to resolve billing issues
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis
• Support continuous improvement of AP processes
• Provide general support to the finance team

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities
• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy
• Experience in AP processing is advantage
• Proficient in accounting software & MS Office; QuickBooks and e-invoicing experience is an advantage

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
