Job Description

• Responsible for on-site execution and daily operations, including the routine maintenance of green wall plants and repair of drip irrigation systems.

• Provide maintenance and repair services to different clients.

• Manage maintenance staff, including preparing the maintenance staff schedule, and lead maintenance personnel and subcontractors to carry out maintenance and repair works.

• Ensure high-quality services to clients.

• Handle, report, and resolve maintenance and repair issues; manage work progress and propose practical solutions.

• Handle and prepare relevant documents and reports related to the maintenance works.

• Maintain good communication with clients and other stakeholders to ensure work completion and service effectiveness.

• Salary is negotiable.
