We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic banking team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of banking processes, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

What You'll Do:
Analyze business requirements and document functional specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes
️ Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management

What We're Looking For:
Experience: 8–10 years Key Skills: - Strong Business Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services - Core Banking domain knowledge (CASA, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Customer Onboarding) - Requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, User Stories & Process Mapping - Experience with Core Banking platforms (Temenos T24, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or similar) - API, integration, and system interface understanding - SQL for data analysis and validation - Agile/Scrum methodology, UAT support, and stakeholder management - AI Tools - Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills AI Tools: AI-assisted documentation and user story generation tools Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365) ChatGPT Anthropic Google Gemini Atlassian Atlassian Intelligence (Jira/Confluence AI) Microsoft Power BI Copilot Microsoft Copilot Studio (for AI agents/chatbots)
