We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in AI and machine learning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a passion for data-driven solutions, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Role: Data Scientist (AI & Machine Learning)

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and Machine Learning projects, from business problem definition to model deployment and monitoring.
• Develop ML, AI, and optimisation models for forecasting, resource optimisation, reliability improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Software Engineers to deploy AI/ML models in cloud and air-gapped production environments.
• Drive experimentation using AI techniques such as time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Analysts and users to identify and evaluate high-impact AI use cases.
• Manage AI projects and maintain AI infrastructure.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Data Science experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, and ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS SageMaker, and MLOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau for data visualisation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
