We're Hiring: PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Consultant!

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Techno-Functional Consultant to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications. The ideal candidate combines strong functional expertisein higher education processes with hands-on technical development experience to deliver scalable, reliable, and business-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions enhancements and implementations.
  
  

• Design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications using PeopleTools,PeopleCode, Application Engine,Component Interface, Application Packages, Workflow, and BI/XML Publisher.
  
  

• Configure and support key Campus Solutions modules, including Student Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Campus Community, and related business processes.
  
  

• Perform system integration, troubleshooting, defect resolution, testing, deployment, and production support while ensuring application performance and reliability.
  
  

• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver enhancements, system upgrades, documentation, and continuous process improvements following established SDLC practices.
  
  

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, ora related discipline.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in a techno-functional consulting, development, or support role.
  
  

• Strong functional knowledge of higher education business processes, particularly Student Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Campus Community, or related Campus Solutions modules.
  
  

• Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong techno-functional expertise in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (version 8.9 or above)with hands-on experience in solution analysis, configuration, customization, and support.
  
  

• Hands-on development experience usingPeopleTools8.58 or above, including PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Packages, Workflow, BI/XML Publisher, and related PeopleSoft technologies.
  
  

• Strong SQL development and database scripting experience, with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, integrations, web services, APIs, and system performance optimization.
  
  

• Knowledge of secure software development practices, system security, data privacy, and structured project delivery methodologies.
  
  

• Experience supporting higher education institutions, digital transformation initiatives, or enterprise ERP modernization projects.
