Job Description

• Lead technical delivery for enterprise infrastructure and storage implementation projects.
• Act as the subject matter expert for storage, server, virtualization, and data protection technologies.
• Drive solution architecture design, technical reviews, and implementation strategies for customers.
• Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and technical escalation management.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers while promoting technical best practices.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to achieve project delivery, quality, and operational objectives.
• Deliver customer presentations, technical workshops, and partner enablement sessions.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in enterprise infrastructure design, implementation, and support.
• Strong expertise in x86 server architecture, SAN/NAS storage, virtualization platforms (VMware), and Linux/Windows environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure projects or managing technical teams.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, backup solutions, data migration, and storage optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Industry certifications such as RHCE, HCIA, HCIP, HCIE, or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Exposure to OpenStack, Oracle databases, or enterprise cloud technologies is a plus.
