Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Semiconductor Engineer role based in Singapore. The Semiconductor Engineer will be responsible for supporting and optimizing fabrication processes, including equipment setup, operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting within cleanroom and lab environments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting experiments, analyzing process data, collaborating with R&D to develop and refine semiconductor device structures, and implementing process improvements to enhance yield and reliability. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams on production schedules, documenting procedures and test results, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will contribute to both development and manufacturing activities, helping maintain stable operations while driving innovation.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Semiconductor Fabrication and Semiconductors, including familiarity with cleanroom protocols and wafer processing steps.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance, with experience maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting semiconductor manufacturing or lab equipment.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Research and Development (R&D) and Physics, enabling data-driven experimentation, modeling, and analysis of device and process performance.
  • Relevant qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Microelectronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in semiconductor manufacturing or R&D.
  • Additional beneficial skills include data analysis (e.g., Excel, statistical tools), understanding of process control methodologies, strong documentation practices, and the ability to work safely in cleanroom and laboratory environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams are highly valued.
