About The Job
- Planning: Create budgets, estimates, and contract documents.
- Bidding: Manage the entire tender process from documentation to analysis.
- Monitoring: Track project spending and communicate cost changes clearly.
- Problem Solving: Resolve contract issues, variations, and disputes quickly.
- Closing: Finalise accounts and ensure all claims are settled fairly.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Able to work independently in office, on site, and visit clients for meeting.
- Good analytic and negotiation skills.
