Samaiden Group Hiring! Full Time Project Engineer (Fresh Graduate) in Selangor - Ricebowl

Current Solar Project : Negeri Sembilan, Teluk Intan, Perak & Kulim, Kedah

Role and Responsibilitie

1. Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
2. Coordinate LSS project activities across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans, including efficient allocation of labour, materials, and equipment.
4. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities such as TNB, ST, and SEDA) to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Monitor project progress, performance, risks, and quality, while managing issues, contractual matters, and ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards.
6. Prepare project reports, support regulatory submissions, lead meetings, assist in testing and commissioning, and drive continuous improvement within the project team.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/ Renewable Energy) or any related discipline
2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities projects. Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
3. Exposure to utility-scale solar PV projects or other RE infrastructure
4. Strong organisational and coordination skills with an eye for details
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across level
6. Self-driven, dependable, and able to work independently
7. Knowledge of grid interconnection procedures, EPCC workflows, and LSS regulatory frameworks is a plus.
