We Are Hiring | Deputy Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager to join our team.

The Deputy Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in managing the progress of site works and manpower-related aspects of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare master construction program and catch-up program, if applicable.

• Plan for site access during different stages of work and tower crane location erection & dismantling.

• Resolve drawing discrepancies prior to the commencement of work and settle drawing issues with the technical team & consultants.

• Work out prelims, budgeting, and monitor cost reports.

• Manage subcontractors and plan progress for all works on site.

• Be involved in planning all works on site, including programme schedules, construction methods, forecasting equipment, material and manpower requirements, and controlling usage and wastages.

• Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.

• Oversee quality control and health & safety matters on site.

• Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Skills & Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in residential/commercial projects is an advantage.

• Minimally completed 1 cycle of project.

• Good interpersonal skills.
