About the Roles

Join an HVAC Solutions Provider as a Cost Estimator based in MacPherson, near the MRT, on a permanent 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. This role offers a basic salary with AWS and the opportunity to build expertise in project costing, quotations, and tender support within a technical solutions environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform technical selection according to project needs and client specifications.
• Review project requirements and prepare detailed cost estimates and breakdowns.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and confirm project details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support proposal preparation.
• Prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions within required timelines.
• Identify potential cost-saving options and suggest budget improvements.
• Monitor and update cost estimates across different stages of the project lifecycle.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and in-house systems.
• Support proposal progress to ensure timely and quality submissions.
• Provide analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma qualification.
• Experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Knowledge of estimation software such as CostX, Bluebeam, and Excel will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
