Responsibilities:

• 
  Individual Coaching: Conduct private squash lessons tailored to players of all ages and skill levels, focusing on technique, strategy, and performance improvement.
• Group Clinics: Design and lead engaging group training sessions, ensuring each player receives personalized attention and coaching.
• Tournament Preparation: Prepare players for tournaments, offering in-depth coaching on game strategies, mental resilience, and peak performance.
• Event Coordination: Organize and oversee squash tournaments and events, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for participants.
• Player Management: Handle administrative tasks related to player scheduling, progress tracking, and communication with clients.
• High Performance Leadership: Serve as a mentor and role model within the High Performance Academy, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Performance Enhancement: Collaborate with the coaching team to develop and implement innovative training programs that address all aspects of player development, including physical conditioning, mental toughness, and skill refinement.
• Facility Oversight: Maintain the squash facilities to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
• Junior Development: Develop and support weekend clinics and lessons aimed at nurturing young talent and guiding junior players from beginner to competitive levels.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional coaching, regular communication, and involvement in community activities.
• Travel Coaching: Accompany players to weekend tournaments, providing comprehensive coaching support throughout their competitive journey.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the owner and other coaches to ensure seamless execution of training programs, events, and overall club activities.

Requirements:

• A university degree in sports or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years full-time working experience in related disciplines or 2 years full-time experience as an athlete within a high performance squash coaching track record; overseas work experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in squash coaching, preferably with a focus on high performance and PSA level players is mandatory.
• Ability to provide personalized coaching and adapt to the needs of players of all ages and standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good command of spoken and written English. The ability to speak Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
Willingness to travel as required for tournament coaching.
