Job Details

Position: Junior Account Executive
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Working Days:

• Week 1, 4 & 5: Monday – Saturday
• Week 2 & 3: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours:
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Executive.

This role is responsible for supporting the company's daily accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and assisting Management with financial planning and compliance.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and eager to build a long-term career in accounting and finance while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1) Manage the daily accounting operations for three (3) companies.
2) Record and update all company financial transactions accurately.
3) Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
4) Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other related financial documents.
5) Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
6) Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
7) Monitor cash flow, supplier payment schedules, and customer collections.
8) Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant authorities when required.
9) Ensure all financial documents are properly organized and filed.
10) Assist management with budgeting, financial analysis, and other finance-related matters.
11) Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3) Previous experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage.
4) Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
