Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, walk-ins, referrals, social media & events
• Engage buyers, understand their needs and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings, site visits and presentations
• Support the closing of sales and guide clients through documentation
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Represent Ango Asia at roadshows, exhibitions and marketing activities

Job Requirements:

• Sales experience an advantage — fresh, driven candidates welcome
• Minimum SPM/Diploma; interest in property and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and people skills; motivated and target-oriented
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends; own transport preferred
• Good communication skills in any language (English, BM or Mandarin)
