Requirements:-

• Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in networking, troubleshoot ,server, hardware and software support.
• Software installation (OS, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to setup and troubleshoot network, hardware and software problems
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• CCTV - troubleshooting and installation

Job description

• Provide desktop support and perform installation & configuration of PCs, notebooks, printer, IT equipment and peripherals as well as their native applications and all office type productivity tools within the facility.
• Check PC condition in Lab, Admin Department and update by monthly report,
• Backup Data from Server by Daily and weekly.
• Maintain software & hardware inventory listing.
• Fix problem that issue by staff at Ticket system.
• Responsible on routine Computer Sighting exercise and preventive maintenance.
• Control E-ticket system and assign ticket task for maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,461.82 - RM5,597.08 per month
