Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Membership Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting membership packages, building strong relationships with prospective and existing members, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is confident, sales-oriented, and passionate about helping customers achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell membership packages to prospective customers.
• Conduct club or facility tours and explain membership benefits.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and member engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or membership sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working weekends and public holidays when required.
