We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service to manage and support shipment arrangements from booking to delivery. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer bookings and coordinate with co-loaders/liners
• Monitor shipment costs and escalate pricing issues
• Arrange cargo pickups and customs declarations
• Prepare shipping documents (e.g., BL, SI) and pre-alerts
• Ensure timely billing, cost input, and invoice generation
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and sales teams to resolve shipment issues
• Maintain regular updates and reports on shipment progress
• Support customer service improvement and internal reporting
• Attend training and support ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Minimumly Diploma in any field
• 2-3 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in documentation and shipment processes
• Familiarity with UFS system is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
