Job Description:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee payroll administration, performance management, and employee benefits to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.
• Manage HR operations and administration, including personnel records, office administration, and employee hostel/facilities management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
• Support HR initiatives and perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or supervisory role.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and other relevant labour regulations is an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
